Structure Builders handled everything from A to Z. From the initial architectural design through the final interior decorating, everything was accomplished in a professional and efficient manner. Beautiful Veranda in The Harbor 10/27/2009
The cream of the crop in The Harbor! This magnificently finished, waterfront veranda has a nice Harbor view and offers many ways to enjoy Possum Kingdom Lake with lots of friends & family. Relax on any of the 3 patios or balconies and then walk to your boat for a spin on the lake. Take a dip in the Harbor pool or go on a trail ride on horseback. Take the elevator to cook out on the 3rd floor outdoor kitchen or dine at The Grille. Great place to build memories!
Homes for Our Troops Project 9/02/2009
Structure Building Partners has been honored to partner with Homes for Our Troops, American State Bank and numerous volunteers to build a home for SPC Reas Axtell, his wife Sarah and their three children, who live in Idalou, Texas. Homes for Our Troops is a non-profit organization that assists severly injured veterans by building specially adapted, handicap-accessible homes designed to accommodate the veteran’s disabilities. The home is provided at no cost to the veterans, but is built by generous donations & volunteers. Structure was blessed to be the General Contractor on the project.
SPC Reas’ story is similar to other veterans injured in Iraq. On the evening of August 28, 2007, a rocket was lobbed into the U.S. military base in Kirkuk, Iraq, where SPC Reas Axtell was serving as part of the 977th Military Police Company. SPC Axtell was just opening the door to the mail supply room when the rocket landed approximately 4 feet behind him. SPC Reas was left with a double hip disarticulation.
SPC Axtell plans to attend the Texas Tech cooking school to realize a dream of becoming a chef. Structure worked with Homes for Our Troops, Vintage Homes and SPC Axtell to develop a custom kitchen where the soldier can fully function. We would like to thank the MANY volunteers and donations that went into this amazing project.
Lubbock Live Oak Plaza 6/27/2009
BEAUTIFUL Hill Country design at its best will be found in our most recent design/build project for Lubbock Live Oak Plaza in Lubbock, Texas. This multi-tenant property is 80% pre-leased to Dr. Jason White and Dr. Wayson Gerwig, scheduled for Fall completion. Additional lease space is available (approximately 1900 sq. ft.).
